1. For the transfer of domains DP.UA to us, please inform the current Registrar of their wish to make a transfer.
Current registrar should provide details of the receiving registrar: legal name: FOP Kazakov A.A.
The ID of the registrar: dp.goodnet, mnt-by: GOODNET-MNT
2. Transfer Domain to us is not possible: if the administrative domain field indicated a hosting company or registrar, not a natural or legal person is the owner of this domain. Please contact your registrar and ask them to change the administrative contact to you.
3. Registration period and NS-server remain the same after the transfer. Change NS servers to complete the transfer is not possible.
What to check after following this guide
After changing settings, make sure the result works not only in the control panel but also for real website visitors or mailbox users. Test without browser cache and avoid changing many settings at once unless you know exactly what each change does.
For domains, check which DNS records are visible from outside. If records were changed recently, some networks may still use the old values until DNS propagation is complete.
- check the name servers at the registrar;
- verify A, MX, TXT, CNAME or other required records;
- wait for DNS propagation if the change was recent.
