Transfer gTLD Domains: COM, NET, BIZ and etc.

Domain transfer Terms:
Transfer gTLD domains (com, net, etc.) from another registrar possible in cases where:

1. Since domain name registration should be at least 60 days;
2. Since the last change of registrar must be at least 60 days;
3. The status of a domain must be ACTIVE;
4. Date of expiry of the domain of at least 7 (seven) days from the current date;
5. In the domain off service Privacy Protection;


Description of the procedures of transfer:
1. The procedure for changing the registrar is within 7 - 10 working days;
2. After receiving an application for transfer, we have sent a request to email the Administrator of the domain specified in the whois-domain information in the field of Administrative Contact.
3. Administrator (contact person for administrative matters) must consent to the transfer of the domain (by clicking on the special link in the letter). In the absence of a reply within 5 days or the wrong code, a change of authorization of the Registrar is canceled, the order is removed, the money returned to the customer's balance in the system and can be used to pay for other services.
4. Upon receiving the consent of the owner of the domain, we initiate the process of transferring the domain registry.
5. The current registrar of the domain can send a request to the Registrant to confirm the change of registrar.
6. Upon successful completion of transfer, we send notification to the contact email client. The domain is extended by 1 year, the total period of registration of the domain can not exceed 10 (ten) years.
7. If the transfer did not materialize, the funds are returned to the internal balance of the client and can be used to pay for other services.

Note:
During the transfer of gTLD domain name registration period you will automatically extend for another year, in addition to the current period of registration, the total period of registration of the domain can not exceed 10 (ten) years, NS-server remains unchanged.
