I have added your domain hosting and it does not work, what to do?

After you add the domain to your hosting panel, check the following:

1) NS servers for your domain correspond to the following:

ns1.gooddnsserver.com
ns2.gooddnsserver.com
ns3.gooddnsserver.com

Check the current NS server for your domain, you can in the toolbar of your current domain registrar or the server whois. If other NS server, then change them.

2) After changing the NS servers or add a new domain and go from 2 to 72 hours before the domain will work.

What to check after following this guide

After changing settings, make sure the result works not only in the control panel but also for real website visitors or mailbox users. Test without browser cache and avoid changing many settings at once unless you know exactly what each change does.

For domains, check which DNS records are visible from outside. If records were changed recently, some networks may still use the old values until DNS propagation is complete.

  • check the name servers at the registrar;
  • verify A, MX, TXT, CNAME or other required records;
  • wait for DNS propagation if the change was recent.
