For yet script PHP-switching modules do not always work out for the subdomains to enable ioncube:
1. navigate to the directory .system/conf/your_subdomain/5.2 (5.3)
2. create a file and enter the ioncube.ini it such a structure:
[Zend]
zend_extension = "/usr/local/php/5.3/lib/php/extensions/no-debug-non-zts-20090626/ioncube_loader_lin_5.3.so"
