Transfer Ukrainian Domains SM.UA, SUMY.UA from another registrar:
1. For the transfer of domains SM.UA, SUMY.UA to us, please inform the current Registrar of their wish to make a transfer.
Current registrar should provide details of the receiving registrar: legal name: FOP Kazakov A.A.
The ID of the registrar: mnt-by: GOODNET-MNT-EUNIC, reg-by: GOODNET-REG-EUNIC;
Ask the current registrar domain AUTHCODE and change the status of Transfer domain from locked to permit.
2. Upon receiving an application from a client to transfer the domain name SM.UA, SUMY.UA (which has not yet served by the registrar):
- The client submits a request to transfer a domain from the client panel, which initiates sending AUTHCODE at admin-c email.
- When the client receives AUTHCODE on administrative email, he must re-send it to our email: sales@goodnet.com.ua
3. Transfer Domain to us is not possible:
- if the administrative domain field indicated a hosting company or registrar, not a natural or legal person is the owner of this domain. Please contact your registrar and ask them to change the administrative contact to you.
- If the domain has a status field values Frozen, Blocked and / or Transfer: locked. Please contact your current registrar and ask them to change field Transfer to permit. If the domain has already expired, then it should be extended.
4. Registration period and NS-server remain the same after the transfer. Change NS servers to complete the transfer is not possible.
